What you purchase
VIP membership is a monthly digital subscription that unlocks higher daily limits, personal wardrobe recommendations, and My Photo preview mode. There are no physical shipments.
Refunds
If a billing error occurs or the paid service is unavailable due to a fault on our side, contact us within 14 days of payment. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method when possible.
Cancellations
You may request cancellation at any time by contacting support. Cancellation stops future billing, while existing VIP access remains available until the end of the paid period unless otherwise required by law.
